Moose Mail is an email client application that allows you to access and manage your email accounts from various providers (Gmail, FastMail, Outlook) through a unified interface. The Service includes features such as email management, keyboard shortcuts, snoozing, and AI-powered assistance.

3. Account Requirements

To use Moose Mail, you must:

  • Have a valid email account with a supported provider
  • Authorize Moose Mail to access your email account
  • Be at least 13 years of age
  • Provide accurate information when setting up the Service

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Send spam, phishing emails, or malicious content
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
  • Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

5. Email Provider Terms

Your use of email accounts through Moose Mail remains subject to the terms of service of your email provider (Google, FastMail, Microsoft, etc.). You are responsible for complying with those terms.

6. AI Features

Moose Mail includes optional AI-powered features. When you use these features, your email content may be processed by third-party AI services. You acknowledge that:

  • AI-generated responses may not always be accurate
  • You are responsible for reviewing AI suggestions before sending
  • Sensitive information shared with AI features is subject to the AI provider's terms

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Moose Mail and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Your email content remains your property.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MOOSE MAIL SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Moose Mail and its operators from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause. You may stop using the Service at any time by disconnecting your email accounts and revoking access through your email provider's settings.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
